Phase 1: Initial Residency

Duration: ~3 months (based on individual progress)
Monthly Rent: $800/month
One-time Intake Fee: $300

Requirements

  • Complete Recovery Employment Journey course (30 videos, 100-page workbook)
  • One-on-one coaching session with Ty Reed (FREE)
  • Complete any required outpatient treatment programs
  • Attend minimum 1 recovery meeting per week (AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery)
  • Participate in recovery meetings and community activities
  • Uphold house rules and maintain accountability
  • Enhanced staff support and accountability measures

Phase 1 Restrictions

  • No guests or visitors (unless pre-approved in writing by staff)
  • No personal vehicle ownership during Phase 1

Phase 2: Full Residency

Greater autonomy and individualized support
Monthly Rent: $800/month (same as Phase 1)

Requirements

  • Must be employed or enrolled in education/training within 30 days
  • Serve as positive role model for newer residents
  • Mentor newer residents
  • Contribute to household leadership
  • Continue recovery meeting attendance

Privileges

  • Visitors and overnight passes (approved case-by-case for family restoration)
  • Supervised visitation to rebuild relationships
  • Personal vehicle ownership (when circumstances warrant)
  • Greater autonomy in daily schedule
  • Individualized program support

Zero Tolerance Rules

Immediate Discharge For:

  • Alcohol or drugs (including marijuana - prescribed or recreational)
  • Violence or threats of any kind
  • Weapons on property
  • Theft of any kind (including food or personal items)
  • Providing substances or paraphernalia to others

House Rules

Daily Expectations

  • Beds must be made daily
  • No food in bedrooms
  • Keep shared spaces clean and orderly
  • Attend all mandatory house meetings
  • Complete assigned chores

Cleanliness & Inspections

  • Weekly room inspections with graded report cards
  • House must maintain at least B- rating
  • Chores assigned weekly or monthly
  • Must find coverage if absent
  • Shared responsibility for facility maintenance

Visitors & Relationships

  • Phase 1: No guests or visitors unless pre-approved in writing by staff
  • Phase 2: Visitors and overnight passes approved case-by-case
  • No romantic or sexual relationships between residents
  • No outside romantic partners allowed on property
  • No individuals under 18 on-site without formal approval

Substance Use

  • Zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol, or marijuana
  • Baseline and random drug testing conducted
  • Refusal, failure, or tampering = immediate discharge
  • All medications must be disclosed and approved
  • MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) welcome and supported

Smoking/Vaping

Allowed ONLY in designated outdoor areas

You'll register using your door code (your Clock ID). The app uses face recognition for time tracking - similar to Apple Face ID. Clock in/out for curfew compliance, view your sobriety milestones, and track your progress. It's accessible 24/7 from any device.
No. No romantic or sexual relationships are allowed between residents, and no outside romantic partners are allowed on property at any time. This rule applies to all phases.
